Not for nothing you see the natural emergence of young feminine leadership in the US political arena and (rather inauthentic) masculinity fighting for relevance.
This speaks so deeply to me and illuminates in more clearly defined terms, practices that I’ve been developing & living within since 2009, both as a woman & an artist. I’ve been, since that time, consistently shifting and elevating into new forms of thinking, living, and being that align with everything that you’ve stated here. I’ve yet to come across any one person who laid it all with as much clarity and definition as you. I’m deeply grateful and appreciative & fully tuned in. With Love, Darling Bonnie
Thank you so much for sharing your own journey into this shift, Bonnie. We need more people like you as we move bravely into a daunting future. Really glad it resonated and glad to welcome you into the Regenerative Futurist community.
Such a thought-provoking read, Bian! I’m glad you touched on the 'cognitive revolution', because the future absolutely starts there imo.
You highlighted a tension that’s been occupying me for some time now: the false equivalence of patriarchal/matriarchal with male/female. I wonder, is it time to move away from this language altogether? Not because the values you’re discussing aren’t essential, but because the framing keeps us in an anthropocentric, human-coded lens rather than shifting to a systems-based view. This is why I find the extractive vs. regenerative dichotomy to be a more constructive model. But also, instead of trying to restore balance between two opposing energies, what if we stopped thinking in terms of binaries altogether?
Thanks so much for your thoughts, Philip! I also agree with changing people's ingrained perceptions of the terms associated with gender, even though they aren't the biological meaning, but too many people have that knee-jerk reaction. Non-binary thinking is something we need to teach in terms of future skills - and recognizing false dichotomies - as they are a common tool used to manipulate people, especially in politics. I wrote about it here:https://www.threads.net/@regenfuturist/post/DCo94Y3vzBF?xmt=AQGzTGMrggOi71De7OSlyiFaRaljxjXpQ3iA_yJh78Dw2A
Your comment also inspired me to think about writing more about non-binary thinking in a future post. Thanks!

Thank you! I am thrilled to be here!
Yes. Yes. 1000x yes.
Something has to give if we are to have a future.
So much of the toxicity in the world comes from unbalance towards the masculine and rational.
Even religion has tried to bury and vilify the divine feminine.
